It is our goal to make your shopping experience with the Joecartoon Shop a positive one. If you would like to exchange or return a product we are more the happy to accomodate you.
We will accept all returns or exchanges as long as they are requested within
30 days of the ship date of your order and the product has not been washed or worn. If we make a mistake when shipping your
order we will cover all the shipping costs involved to remedy the situation.
However, if the mistake was made by the customer then the customer will be
responsible for any and all aditional shipping costs.

Include a copy of the packing slip with a note describing why you are returning the item or what you would like to exchange the item for. When mailing an item back to us, we recommend sending it certified mail or UPS, both methods allow for tracking. Return shipping is completely at your own risk. If we do not receive the item back we can not credit you the cost of that item.
