United Parcel Service(UPS) is the primary shipping carrier for the Joecartoon Shop. We have recently added USPS International Air Mail in an attempt to save on the high cost of internaitonal shipping (see below for details). We attempt to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary depending on the availability of stock and the chosen shipping method. Currently we are offering UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Standard to Canada, UPS Ground, 3 Day and 2 Day service. United States Parcel Service Shipping Options (USPS) are currently available. However, we can not track these shipping methods. We have added these so as to offer a less expensive shipping method and to have an option for A/FPO's and P.O. Boxes. If you want to guarantee delivery of your order, you will want to use a UPS shipping method.

USPS International Air Mail
USPS International Air Mail is the most inexpensive method of shipping internationally. This method takes 2 to 3 weeks to deliver and sometimes as many as 6 weeks. This method is not guaranteed. If you want to guarantee your order delivery and receive it faster you will want to select UPS Worldwide Expedited as your shipping method.
